Your buying trip in Foshan for building materials
We work for the buyer only. You get factory-direct prices, someone inspecting the goods before they ship, and one contact from the first enquiry to the delivered container.
What is included
- Factory search and shortlisting – we identify and verify manufacturers and suppliers for each item on your list, and check licences, export history and capacity where these are available.
- Specifications in Chinese – sizes, grades, finishes, packing and tolerances written the way a factory reads them, so what you approved is what is produced.
- Negotiation – we know the real ex-works prices for Foshan tiles, sanitary ware and aluminium, and we negotiate on your behalf without a language handicap.
- Pro-forma review – payment terms, Incoterms, packing, delivery date and penalties checked before you pay a deposit.
- Sample confirmation – signed and sealed reference samples for shade, texture and dimensions.
- Production follow-up – regular photos and short videos from the line, plus a during-production check for large orders.
- Final inspection (quality inspection) – quantity, dimensions, surface defects, packing and marking, with a written report before the balance payment.
- Consolidation and loading – goods from several factories collected in one warehouse, export-packed, loaded and photographed.
- Shipping and documents – FCL or LCL sea freight, air freight for urgent items, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any test reports you need.
- After-sales – claims for breakage, shortage or quality deviation handled with the factory.
Fees
Simple and agreed before we start.
The percentage depends on order size and complexity, and larger, simpler orders sit at the low end. One commission covers the whole job: the factory and market visits, finding and checking suppliers, negotiation, specifications written in Chinese, sample sealing, order organisation, the export paperwork, production follow-up, pre-shipment inspection, container consolidation, and after-sales follow-up with the manufacturer.

How an order usually runs
Brief & budget
You send your list; we return price ranges per item, MOQ reality, lead times and a suggested visit plan or a remote buying plan.
Visit or remote selection
2–4 days in Foshan, or samples and video calls if you cannot travel. We shortlist two or three factories per item.
Order & production
Pro-forma confirmed, 30% deposit paid by you directly to the factory, samples sealed, production followed with photos.
Inspect, load, ship
Final inspection, balance payment, consolidation, loading and shipping. Transit time depends on your port – typically 3–6 weeks by sea.
Things buyers ask us before they start
Do I pay you or the factory?
You pay the factory directly for the goods, against a pro-forma invoice we have checked. You pay our fee separately. We never hold your money for goods.
Can you work from my architect’s drawings?
Yes. We take off quantities, suggest sizes that reduce waste (tile formats matter here), and prepare a material list you can approve.
What if I only need a small quantity?
Many Foshan factories keep stock of standard tiles, sanitary ware and lighting. For a single villa we usually build a mixed 20ft or 40ft container from stock plus a few made-to-order items. See the FAQ for MOQ by product.
Do you also source furniture?
